Things You'll Need
- 4 cups water
- Electric kettle or pot with stove or 8 cup capacity microwave safe cup and microwave
- 8 single cup green tea bags (or 2 quart sized green tea bags)
- 1 container frozen fruit juice concentrate (any flavor)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 quart pitcher
- Pitcher lid or small saucer to cover top of pitcher
- Long handle spoon
- 8 doses of liquid B complex vitamins
Pour four cups of water into the electric kettle, pot, or microwave cup.
Boil the four cups of water. Remove from heat and let the water cool for three minutes. Green tea needs to be steeped at a temperature slightly below the boiling point of water, and by letting the water sit, it will be able to reach that temperature before you add the tea bags.
Place the green tea bags into the bottom of the pitcher.
Pour the 4 cups of boiled water over the green tea bags.
Cover the pitcher with the tea bags and hot water with the lid or a saucer for three to five minutes, depending upon how strong of a tea flavor you want.
Uncover the pitcher and remove the tea bags.
Pour the juice concentrate into the tea. Mix in two and a half cups of additional water and the liquid B complex vitamins.
Stir thoroughly. Serve over ice or chill in the refrigerator. Keep stored in the refrigerator for up to one week covered.
